1. Consultations
All patients must attend a consultation prior to undergoing any medical aesthetic treatment. This is a legal requirement and is provided to ensure the treatment is suitable, safe, and aligned with your expectations. Consultations may include medical history review, treatment planning, and a full explanation of the risks and benefits.
 

2. Appointments & Bookings
All treatments must be booked in advance. When booking, please ensure your contact details are accurate. You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email or text.
 

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may affect your ability to book future treatments.
 

4. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.
 

5. Treatment Suitability
We will always assess whether a treatment is suitable for the patient. If it is not, we will explain why and may recommend alternatives. We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion.
 

6. Age Restrictions
Treatments are only available to patients aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required during your consultation.
 

7. Medical Disclosure
It is the patient’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions, for which the clinic cannot be held liable.
 

8. Results
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, outcomes may vary from patient to patient. No results can be guaranteed. A review appointment may be offered where appropriate.
 

9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services that have been carried out. If you are dissatisfied with your results, please discuss this with your practitioner so we can address any concerns.
 

10. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
